Inversions and Arm Balances with Brittany McKay

Sunday, Jan. 12 | 1-3 p.m. | $40/Per Person

Discover control and confidence in various balancing postures and transitions. We will focus on activation & will make use of props through poses such as: handstand, crow, chinstand, forearmstand, & anything that you would like to work on! This workshop is for all levels and experience.


 

Happy Shoulders MOVE WITH EASE: A 2-Part shoulder health, strength and mobility SERIES with Karen Burnett and Jamie Tarasuk

Part 1 with Karen: Saturday, Jan. 25 | 12-2 p.m.
Part 2 with Jamie: Sunday, Jan. 26 | 12-2 p.m.
Cost:
$55/Per Person for 1 session | $100/Per Person for Both Sessions

This workshop is designed as a two part workshop series. You are welcome to attend only one part of the series.  

Part 1 with Karen Burnett | Push and Pull, Hug in and Let go!
Explore yoga techniques and movements that strengthen and unlock mobility to free your shoulders for life. This workshop will guide you through a better understanding of your shoulders and how to stabilize your core for necessary support. Good Hard Fun.

 

Part 2 with Jamie Tarasuk | Shoulder TLC
We will be using myofascial release techniques to bring back hydration, rejuvenation and range of motion to the shoulders. Think self-massage using props to release areas of tension around the shoulders and trigger points that may be contributing to discomfort, pain or limited range of motion. Pranayama techniques will be utilized to carry us through the practice and allow our bodies to relax more deeply into the postures.
