Yoga Nidra or, “yogic sleep,” is a deeply restorative guided meditation that invites your body into total relaxation while your mind remains gently aware. Practiced lying down and supported by props, it takes you through stages of relaxation that quiet the nervous system, balance the mind, and release long-held tension.
This ancient practice helps reduce stress, improve sleep, and restore clarity and energy—leaving you feeling rested, peaceful, and centered.
No experience necessary. Bring an eye mask, yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and anything that helps you feel cozy and supported.
